The tool is not intended to perform the entire task. What it does do is make it easy to enter basic data, photographs, and grave site location. This is automatically put into a database. Information is pulled from the database to produce a draft of a report. The investigator then has to go through the draft adding his/her own observations and conclusions, and smoothing out any rough spots in the mechanical formatting of the report.
In addition to the report, I can set it up to export position data into a GIS system to simplify mapping of the site.
