Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

390 grams bread flour

2 teaspoons yeast

Procedure

Set out two teaspoons yeast so it can come to room temperature

Fill 1 liquid measuring cup with water

Add 2 tablespoons sugar

Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Add 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

Stir to mix well

Pour into machine

Add 3 tablespoons water (use to flush measuring cup)

Add 390 grams bread flour to machine

Make a hollow in the flour

Add 2 teaspoons yeast

Put in machine (medium – 750 grams 1.7 lbs)
