Dr. Leon Peek House

801 Melbourne Ave

Private property

Dr. Leon A. Peek was one of Melbourne's first physicians. His house was constructed about 1896. Notable architectural features of the frame vernacular house described by Olausen included a steeply pitched hip roof and wood shingles covering the front cross gable.
